IREES examination services
IREES provides a wide range standard and custom services focused at examination of real estate selected by the customer. You choose a house, land plot, office, shop or any else real estate property you would like to examine, IREES expert conducts an examination and provides you with a detailed report.
Factual measurement of the real estate
Expert will go to the site, measure the property and provide you with the property plan (rooms, sq. metrage, doors, windows, etc.)
Photoshoot and report whether repairs are required
Expert will travel to the site, take detailed photoshoot of the place and write the report about the property condition and whether renovation is required
Assessment of utilities connection and enclosing structures
Expert will examine the utilities connection on site as well as condition and visible defects of materials of the walls, floors, frame, roof, basements, etc.
Checking construction quotas and permits
Expert will check if construction is allowed on selected land plot, permits for construction works on the land plot and if the construction quotas are exhausted
Video call with the customer from the site
During the real estate visit expert will do a video conference with the customer and will show the site under customer's guidance
Drone photography (for countryside real estate)
Expert will create a photoshoot from drone of any real estate properties outside cities which can be shot by the drone (limited by proximity to airports and military objects)
Real estate legal due diligence
Property cleaningness checkup in case if there is a problem with inheritance, loans taken out for the property, debts, tenants who cannot be quickly evicted, inconsistency of documents with the property, the right to sell, etc.
